Dog Playtime Activities

Dog playtime activities are a great way to enrich your dog’s holiday at Hanrob. Playtime is supervised by our dedicated and trained pet loving staff in indoor and outdoor areas where they are can run around, play, relax in the sun or simply enjoy the view.

Dog playtime areas are equipped with climbing gyms, lots of toys and a beach area filled with sand and seascape mural. A brush and cuddle from our caring staff completes the playtime experience.

Depending on your dogs activity level you can choose either a tailored Playtime program, Playtime Plus or Playtime Pals.

Dog Playtime
It is a time to socialise and exercise; dogs in our care enjoy the following during Playtime:

• Sessions are held at various indoor and outdoor play areas, there is even a beach themed area to run and frolic on the sand
• Whether throwing a ball, frisbee or stick, or using the play equipment, activities during each session are guided by your dog’s interest, just like at home
• Playtime is usually spent with another dog of a similar size to increase the fun and, of course, families play together
• Larger Dogs can enjoy playtime with others or on their own
• Each session runs for 15 minutes

To suit the needs of your dog, Playtime can be offered up to 3 times a day, a great way to ensure that your dog has a fulfilling holiday at Hanrob.

Playtime Pals 
Playtime Pals is a wonderful 2 hour group play session that replicates the fun your dog has at a typical dog park. Your dog plays outside and undercover with a group of similar sized dogs. Your dog will improve social skills by playing harmoniously and interacting in a group setting.

Playtime Plus 
Playtime Plus is the perfect choice for the more energetic of our dogs. Sessions run for 4 hours each day based on the Playtime Pals program. The day is broken into two 2 hour sessions, with meal time and nap time in between. A wonderful way to start and end your dog’s day... with a play!
